About Me

I grew up in rural France, surrounded by farmers, winemakers and proper home cooking. This shaped the way I see food: as something cultural, human and deeply connected to place.

Since moving to the UK, I’ve spent over eight years working in the food and drink industry across supply chain, merchandising, category support and marketing, from Fortnum & Mason to Fine Food Specialist and independent natural wine retail. Alongside my commercial roles, I write and research sustainable food systems, producer stories and ethical consumption, with work published in UK, US and French media.

What drives me is understanding how food moves through the world: how it’s grown, made, sourced, traded and finally chosen by consumers.

This blend of commercial experience, industry knowledge and sustainability research now guides the way I work in product and category roles: seeking out producers with integrity, building thoughtful ranges, and championing food and drink that bring together strong provenance, commercial potential and genuine value for customers.
