chloe faure - food journalist

I’m Chloe — French-born, London-based, and passionate about food and drink.

I grew up in the French countryside surrounded by farmers, winemakers and home cooking, which sparked my love for good ingredients and the people who make them.
In the UK, I’ve worked across supply chain, merchandising and marketing in food retail for Fortnum & Mason, Fine Food Specialist & Forest Wines, while also writing about sustainable food systems, producers and natural wine.

This mix of commercial experience, food expertise and sustainability interest now shapes the way I approach the food industry: selecting, developing and championing produce with real integrity and value.
